A South Jersey manufacturing company is growing and looking to hire a Support Analyst to support their Windows environment. They are looking for someone who has a core background in Microsoft and has some network troubleshooting experience. This role will be heavily focused on answering, escalating, and closing out tickets for end users. They need someone who can be a critical thinker and can multitask very well. The other part of the role is working alongside the System Administrator on upcoming projects including implementations and migrations.
They are looking for someone who is eager to learn new technologies, be a team player, and embrace their company culture. There is a ton of upward career mobility in this role. This is an onsite role in New Jersey. Required Skills & Experience
Windows Laptop and Desktop Support
Experience Troubleshooting Windows Devices
Experience working with Ticketing Systems, ServiceNow
Strong Active Directory Experience, GPO, Entra ID
O365 and Email Support Expertise
Network Troubleshooting Experience
Phone/VoIP Support
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience Assisting in Projects
Scripting Knowledge
MAC or Linux Knowledge
Microsoft Certifications, MCSA, MCSE
