Network Engineer

Job Description Our client, a food logistics company, is looking for a Network Engineer to join their infrastructure team. They are constantly working on improving and upgrading their network infrastructure, with a heavy emphasis on Fortinet migrations.

Their environment is all around Cisco, Catalyst, Ruckus, and Fortinet. They have a wireless mindset to their network infrastructure, so typically look for people with strong Meraki and Ruckus skillsets. Ideally, looking for someone who is highly skilled with Cisco gears and have working knowledge of the Fortinet suite of products.

This is a hybrid role (three days onsite) in the Fort Worth office. It is a 6-month contract-to-hire role. The pay rate will be $50-60/hr, depending on experience. Conversion salary will be around $115K. Required Skills & Experience

• Experience working in a mixed vendor network environment.

• Experience implementing designs from network architecture teams.

• Wireless networking experience with Cisco Meraki and/or Ruckus.

• Strong working knowledge of Fortinet products.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of network engineering experience.

• Related certifications a huge perk (CCNA, NSE, etc).

Tech Skills

• Cisco Meraki & Catalyst

• FortiGate firewalls

• Ruckus

The Offer
