Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in the financial services industry.

  • Skilled in:

  • Data Quality Remediation

  • Data requirements

  • Data issues management

  • Data Quality rules

  • Data lineage

  • Data Governance and taxonomy

  • Requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support with business requirement documents, data issues and analysis.

  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory and risk management in the financial services industry.

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise.

  • Experience advising and collaborating with cross-functional internal & external stakeholders.

  • Effective negotiation skills.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Will support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings

  • Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program / project, and associated dependencies. Allocate / coordinate work within team or project group

  • Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processes

  • Independently conducts analysis and executes tasks that contribute to data quality remediation work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy

  • Gathers and interprets business requirements and maps current and future state processes
