Grow your career as a UAT Regulatory Testing Manager with an innovative global bank in New York, NY. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite per week.

Will manage all testing governance for the Program, providing support for dry run production testing. Will ensure a safe and timely delivery of all technology systems in preparation for production release. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.
Contract Duration: 9+ Months
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience as Business Testing Manager.
FO test/CVA experience.
Business Testing Manager with a solid grounding in project management and business analysis principles with significant stakeholder engagement experience across both Technology and Business.
Project management experience in major/complex institutions (Tier 1 banks or Top 4 consulting firms).
Ability to put together reporting and high-quality presentations for Senior Management.
Knowledge of JIRA and experience with issue management and resolution. Ability to create reporting out of JIRA for senior management reporting purposes.
Soft Program Manager skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
Big 4 consulting experience - investment/testing background.
Change manager/testing/consent orders background.
Worked on FRTB program.
What You Will Be Doing
Run testing calls between Technology, Risk, and Finance testing teams to facilitate issue remediation.
Work to plan new testing cycles to ensure smooth delivery of requirements and traceability.
Ongoing management reporting for JIRA metrics and defects group
